My vehicle had catastrophic engine failure and H&M did everything thing they could to fix it. Mentioned that I should go to a dealer and work it out with them rather than fix it. Long story short we had to get a new vehicle. A couple weeks later I receive a call from H&M just asking how everything thing was going with the car. They go the extra mile to take care of you!!!
