Matt was incredibly professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was fast, and I appreciated the transparency of the whole process. I moved to this area from Richmond 9 months ago and chose H&M automotive after reading reviews and it being so close to my home. First I needed front brakes and those were replaced within a couple of hours and was fabulous. Unfortunately for me I had more repairs needed so I rushed it right back here! They had all parts available , they kept me updated on the process. I’ve never been to such a professional automotive place. These guys take pride in their work and reassure quality even after the work! I wish I could give it 10 stars. They will have all my money as long as I reside in this area.

I received excellent service at H&M. The staff was very knowledgeable about my car. I was able to ask questions concerning my vehicle and I was satisfied with answers. The shop is well organized and very clean. The staff is very polite and PROFESSIONAL and friendly. Also, I received information on what needed to done and estimated charges prior to performing the repairs. This information was very helpful before I agreed for the inspection and services to be performed. As stated above, this is truly an excellent car repair shop.
