I love their system with the auto text reminders. Helps a busy person like me with an extra nudge. I had two days left for inspection. Needed a couple of other things. But they got me right.

Took my car in for an oil change; been here before for other repairs and they did a great job. Found out that I had a bad stabilizer bar and FP CV axle torn. I couldn't have known they were broken unless it got worse down the road. Nor heard any noise coming from the axle. Got it fixed and they had it done by the afternoon. Fair price and couldn't be happier. Will be back in the near future.

***LONG POST BUT BEWARE*** I am at my wits end, I didn’t want to leave a review bc last time I did, they replied back making me feel like I’m crazy but I now know that I am not. I own a 17 Volkswagen Jetta, New Years Eve my clock spring went out on my car. I looked at several auto shops then decided on H&M due to the reviews. They had a lot of good ones vs the bad. They took my car changed the Clock Wheel Spring. (mind you at the time, JUST my airbag light was on) & the bill for that was going to be around 800 dollars (225 dollar diagnostic fee included which I thought was ROBBERY but whatever) but then they called bc my windshield wipers, my parking assist constantly beeped, none the buttons of the steering wheel worked and my cruise control didn’t work. They claimed it was a multi function switch which brought my bill up to 2000 dollars. I was like okay, are you sure you programmed my car right? They were like of course we did so I agreed pay for that & so they changed out that part, my car still continued with the problems by this time they had my car about a month & I was like I’m sorry, I really need my car back bc I was having to inconvenience people for rides to work… they said no problem drop it off so we could continue to trouble shoot. So, I dropped it back off on 03March they had it for 4 days called me & was like, hey these modules are out, we are 90% sure that’s the problem so now it’s going to be another 1500 dollars. I LOST IT, I told them multiple times that I didn’t understand why my car had 1 issue going in & now it HAS MULTIPLE ISSUES. The guy was VERY RUDE, talked over me a lot but in the end I felt stuck so they had my car the whole month of March into April but couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car or when I would be able to get it back. I’m military so whenever I was vented at work about it, someone was like what? That’s not right so my Coc got involved and the shops owner? I want to say was NOT HAPPY about me going into the shop with someone I worked with and asking for my car back. (He said they were working on my car for free from problems they caused) Someone recommended me to a tech at Casey’s Volks so I took in there and all it was, they didn’t PROGRAM MY CAR, the first time whenever they changed out the Clock wheel spring. I called and asked for a refund bc they charged me for programming and obviously they didn’t do that so they only wrote me a check for the small fee I had to pay VW (they literally took pity on me and just charged a small fee) to fix my car so H&M wrote me a check for that fee but I was willingly to let everything go & be done but that check BOUNCED. And it’s not only that, someone (I wouldn’t say all bc some of them were very nice) in that shop was very argumentative, rude and unhelpful then blamed me for my cars problems but like I said, I turned my car into them with just the airbag light on… Constantly told me I was wrong whenever I tried to bring something up and had a problem with talking over me… I am not a confrontational person, I had to bring someone with me that was to get my car back bc I knew it was going to be a problem.

Went straight to them bc I saw my brake lights suddenly stopped working. The front desk woman was personable off the bat, and I felt welcomed. A gentlemen came to take a look and fixed it quickly. I am grateful for them! I’ll definitely bring my future business here! 😊
