I love the customer care that H&M provides! The employees are very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. H&M is a family-owned and operated business that has been in Virginia Beach for years! The shop is clean and welcoming. They kept me updated on what was needed, costs, and how long the service/repair(s) would take. It is my "go to place" because I trust the owner and the process.
