Called for my husband vehicle and was asking if they can look at my car, the lady there said they do it for free, i was happy and told her good. She said if you need diagnostics then we have to charge, i said no i just want them to look at my car to see if it is ok, no rusty parts or anything dangerous, she said we can do it. Had appointment at 8 am, went at 7:45 am waited till 2 minutes to 8 went in they were closed. 8:06 they opened, when i went in the guy said we don’t do free diagnostics, I said i don’t need diagnostics I just want you to look at my car per the lady made the appointment, he said he can’t. I wasted my time, they lied. I’m looking for a mechanic for our cars and now they lost 2 cars to work on. Also good i caught that they not honest before i send my cars to them. I can’t reply to your comment, i was specific when i said the lady told me you can look at my car for rust or any issues looks strange and i said i didn’t want diagnostics for now, because I know exactly what’s wrong with my cars. I just wanted to see if something rusted or out of place when you visually look at the car. I was specific when I said this, i had long conversations with the lady telling her i paid a lot on the two cars so i needed one month rest prior to go back to fixing my car, i just want to make sure nothing dangerous. The rattling is either from the exhaust or manifold. I told the lady because she said do you have any concerns now, i said yes but i don’t want to fix it right now. She said what is the problem so i told her. Anyways when i take it to be fixed i will let them check it for me.
We would have gladly done a courtesy inspection for general maintenance. When you showed up you said you have a "Rattle Noise, And Sounded Like Something Was Dragging, and exclaimed But Nothing Is Dragging." And also a "Door Lock Issue" Than It was explained a diagnosis would be needed to address your concerns. We don't do free diagnosis. No one does. We didn't lie, you just didn't explain what the actual concern was until you got here and then added other concerns. Sorry for the miscommunication that we don't diagnose vehicles for free. We're glad we got this out of the way, because we don't need our time wasted either. We don't work for free..Sorry. Good luck in your future automotive endeavors.
