I moved to this area from Richmond 9 months ago and chose H&M automotive after reading reviews and it being so close to my home. First I needed front brakes and those were replaced within a couple of hours and was fabulous. Unfortunately for me I had more repairs needed so I rushed it right back here! They had all parts available , they kept me updated on the process. I’ve never been to such a professional automotive place. These guys take pride in their work and reassure quality even after the work! I wish I could give it 10 stars. They will have all my money as long as I reside in this area.

I had a great experience with the staff at H&M Automotive… they were very professional & knowledgeable concerning my car needs…. So far… So Good, with my car running great, again… I would recommend them for car repairs & needs….

I received excellent service at H&M. The staff was very knowledgeable about my car. I was able to ask questions concerning my vehicle and I was satisfied with answers. The shop is well organized and very clean. The staff is very polite and PROFESSIONAL and friendly. Also, I received information on what needed to done and estimated charges prior to performing the repairs. This information was very helpful before I agreed for the inspection and services to be performed. As stated above, this is truly an excellent car repair shop.

Such an amazing team and Owners! Super clean shop! They take so much pride in their work. They get your car back to you in a timely manner with no issues. I take all my personal cars there and will continue to do so. Whether you just need an oil change or major repairs they are your go to in Hampton Roads. Will always recommend!

Great bunch of guys. Friendly, fast and efficient. Had a state inspection and was suggested to have power steering fluid change. All done in an hour and a half. Would highly recommend!

Went for state inspection. No need to drop off if your early, first come first serve. Took a bit over an hour while I waited. Decent waiting area. Suggested steering fluid change but not necessary for inspection. Went ahead with it and was done in about 40 mins. Super friendly guys and fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
