As always, H & M took care of me and my car. This was a situation where the part from a previous repair failed during the part warranty period. H & M stood by their previous work and the part they had previously provided and replaced that part as a warranty covered repair. That is integrity in action.

Vinny walked me through steps that were going on kept me informed the whole job … I didn’t get any complaints even though vehicle I dropped off had many complications that I wasn’t aware of . The team over here is amazing diagnosed the problem and fix it.. and walked me through finance department to not have to pay a lot up front .. Amazing service
