I would go back again they are hard working honest people. Even if it's difficult they don't give up!

I both know the staff well and have been using them a long time..I TRUST THEM and they stand behind their work with no problems. The turn around time is great for a small staff. The prices are good. I have recommended them to a lot of people and they were happy also, I would not do that if I even thought that H&M Auto was a RIP off place. They will work with you as much as possible. I don't usually write reviews on Google, but, after my experience with this company, I had to. Please read this until the end. There is a kicker. I am a small contractor out of Powhatan, Va. I had a crew working in the Beach area. The transmission in their work van dumped its fluid in the parking lot of the jobsite. I called H&M and was told that they were so busy that there wasn't even room on their lot for another vehicle. I further explained my predicament (i.e. out of town contractor facing a hefty tow bill) and was told to bring it in. My employee had the vehicle there at ~3:30. By 5, they had it diagnosed. It was fixed by lunch the following day. HERE IS THE KICKER- I offered them $100 extra for helping me out of a jam. The gentleman would not accept it. He told me that they treat everyone the same, and that extra was not necessary. I was floored. We work at the beach often. I will be trying to schedule future van maintenance with H&M whenever possible (even though they are 2 hours away from our shop). Service: General repairs & maintenance
