i have taken my cars to this family run business for many years. They are honest and expert, can do any mechanical job, even on my classic Chevy. They always take the best care of me, even driving me home if necessary!

Once again these guys took care of my Daughters Jeep! Someone said motor mounts were bad & they re-inspected them to confirm they were all in good condition! Thanks fellas! Bring YOUR vehicle here! These guys will definitely take care of you!!

I had a repair here that went real fine no problems. It appeared expensive to me but I got it done and was pleased. But I returned with another repair needed and was told the repair needed 6 hrs labor to fix. I didn't believe it and went somewhere else for the repair. Let's just say it didn't take more that an hour labor to fix. I even saw the repair online. Either they lied or someone is not truthful. Its a shame. I would say buyer beware here.

I found H & M online for a groupon to change the oil in my car and rotate the tires (which seemed like a great price at the time and the reviews were positive). I used the late night drop off, because I was unable to sit at the shop to wait for my car to be serviced the next day. 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, I get a call where the manager proceeded to recommend almost $600 of unnecessary fluid changes. After I declined the ridiculous amount of suggestions they had for my car, the gentleman then proceed to let me know they had broken a wheel stud on the vehicle. He then presented me with a bill for $159 for a part that costs $2.49, despite the fact that it was their mistake. I am assuming this is how they recoup money they make bringing business in through discount websites such as Groupon, and if the ridiculously priced suggestions are declined they price gouge you for a mistake they made. Needless to say I will never be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced.

We were leaving the RV park the morning of 23 April 19 but before leaving I had to return a faulty generator purchased a few days earlier. Lowes could not take the generator with gas in the tank and wondering where and how I could get rid of the gas I saw H&M across the street. I pulled in and met Nick Mastropasqua. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with my situation. Telling me "no problem," he grabbed a pan, turned the generator over and drained the tank, mission accomplished and panic relieved. The return was quick and within half an hour we were on the road. Thanks Nick, we'll definitely keep you in mind next time we visit Virginia Beach.

Old fashioned family atmosphere with modern, highly skilled technicians and management. Honest staff who share customer's sense of urgency to get in and out quickly and safely. I will return future maintenance.
