Terrible all around. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and even worst service. My car was overheating and I dropped it off to them and even told them what to look for and expect they only did a diagnostic on the radiator and told me that the radiator needed to be replaced and expansion tank so I paid them $1,249 to fix it. They fixed it but one of there techs forgot to put the new cap on and 2 weeks later it caused an overheating again so I brought it back to them to put the cap on and 2 more weeks later it overheated again. So the 3rd time I brought it back they did a diagnostic and said it was more damage that they didn’t see and also more damage was done due to the 2nd over heating caused by there tech not putting the cap on causing my car to overheat and by the way I had to go to them and ask for the results because they never contacted me or anything and didn’t tell me the results of it till I went to them and asked them in person and had me wait 30 mins at the desk before anyone said anything to me. So they tried charging me 2 grand for something they messed up and didn’t see and also caused. So I took my vehicle and took it to more competent and experienced and professional people instead. Word of advise everyone do not go to H&M automotive repairs and go to the dealership instead if you want your car done right and consistent communication on it.
