H and M was very good with our recent services and did not try and add on services to make money. They completed the work in timely manner and very good at explaining what needed to be done at a reasonable cost. The parking lot is very limited in space for drop offs and a bear to navigate. They secured the front bumper on my BMW which was needed, however the fasteners utilized are visible on the top of bumper and feel it could have been done better. Otherwise would use them again and Vinny is great!

I know automotive problems can be expensive but that saying of you get what you pay for is true. Vinnie and Ashley(I hope I’m right) are awesome people. They provide great customer service. H&M replaced a horn and did some other work on one of my vehicles a few months ago. The horn wasn’t working correctly so I dropped the car off and they got it replaced the same day. They are always professional and willing to help.

I went here to get my state inspection and I called earlier to see how long it would take and they told me if I got there when they open I should be out of there by an hour and a half and I was out of there after an hour and 15 minutes. The owner was very friendly and so was his receptionist. I already told my husband that this is our new place to take care of our cars.

I was misled into thinking it was a stand alone procedure tha wouldn't effect the normal operation of my truck. That wasn't true. After I paid over $3000, they were more than willing to fix the problem they created by charging me another $1500. Honest businesses don't operate that way. This business played dumb at my expense. I do not recommend them.

The customer service is A+! Vinny explained in great detail the problem with the AC in our Nissan. He explained how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable! Ashley was also very friendly and helpful! I recommend this company for repairs and service
