The service I received was exceptional! The shop owner and mechanic were very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. I’ve only ever had my car serviced at the dealership, which can be quite expensive in today’s economy. I was looking for a new, affordable, and trustworthy auto shop, and thank God I found this one! I’m so excited to start this new journey with you guys and look forward to receiving excellent service every time. Thank you both for making my experience such a great one! Thanks again, guys! — Missy

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at this auto shop! From the moment I arrived, Ashley provided exceptional customer service and made me feel welcomed and valued. She was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. To top it all off, they even provided me with breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise—and it was delicious! 😋 I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality and customer service at an auto place before. For years I thought no one in Virginia Beach serviced Maserati’s until my neighbor happened to mention H& M to me when he saw washing the car as he drove by my home. What a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, my car was past due for several service jobs. However, H& M was about complete everything promptly. Vinnie kept me apprised on every aspect of the work. He was able to obtain parts promptly & completed everything on time. Highly recommend H & M for great customer service & quality work. I am so relieved to know I can get service & repairs for my exotic car without having to travel over 3 hour s to get it done.
