I am so happy with the service from H&M Auto. They are so efficient and clearly explain when something is wrong with my car when I’m not understanding. While I made an appointment, I was still able to get my car back in the same day and I have never been so impressed with a mechanic shop. 10/10 recommend!

This is one shop in Virginia Beach I can say honestly car about their ppl. My situation with my car started in November/2023. For the life of us we could not fully figure out what was going on with my car. My check engine light loves to just random come on 🤦🏽‍♀️. Trust me bwtn work and my everyday outside life this was added stress to my life. Not once did these fellas get rude with me nor impatient. They never told me information just because to get me out the door and that’s what I can appreciate about these guys . Most shops see a female by herself and just say anything. They were working day and night for me on top of their other customers. Now we’re in March/2024 this last go around was very intense. The last solution these fellas pulled strings I never seen in my life done for myself from anyone nor company‼️……. They took their losses with certain things with this last go around. But this last go around put my baby (my car) back on the road with no issue😊 I truly want to say god bless these fellas and I truly thank you all and everyone that stepped in. What most ppl don’t understand is that owners and jobs overall has a person that can overall make the calls and get it pulled thru. And this company show just THAT‼️ krazy thing is I don’t fully remember all their names lol but I can describe them fully…. I know for sure Vinney because he was my full point of contact, Zack I think and the guy with the long beard and the tats he was very informative and forward and actually showed you proof of things going wrong and compared the damaged product side by side with the new product ‼️ This is a very GREAT team keep up the great work guys. From a very humbled and blessed customer😎
