Was in town to visit for family emergency. It was recommended I go to H&M for oil change as the Ram Dealership couldn’t fit me in. 2023 Ram Diesel 2500, oil wasn’t stocked but the had it delivered and me serviced and out the door within a couple hours at the most. Great service.

As a young girl going alone to get work on my car, this is the first place in Virginia that I’ve felt very comfortable and did not get ripped off! I called ahead for a car inspection & the guy said there was a wait but I could come in. Dropped my car off on at 11am on a Monday and picked it up at 5pm the same day. The front desk guy was very professional and while the car was getting inspected, I got a text saying what work (very minimal) needed to be done and requesting my approval to continue with the inspection. I also received a text to pick my car back up. The communication was very good! I will be back for next years state inspection!

First off... H&M is absolutely amazing and great customer service. I brought my Mini Cooper in back in June and consistently had issues for the rest of 2023. Nick and Vinnie were always great to work with and provided updates when needed. I moved out of the area and they had the car for about three months, keeping contact with myself and my wife. When all repairs were finished, they helped find a carrier to ship the car to the state I am currently in. While I may have moved out of the state, I continue to give high praise to H&M Automotive and trust me, you cannot go wrong bringing your vehicle to them.

Took the jeep in and they changed the brakes and oil did a an inspection replaced a missing gasket and got it back to us the same day! Great customer service.
