These guys are awesome

Went in for just a state inspection but the experience was good. They were polite and not cranky like many shops are at the counter. Despite being pretty busy already they were able to get to my car in just a few hours. I will likely go to them again in the future next time I need some service done.

I have some pros and cons for this business. I was from out of town visiting the area and needed the splash shield pinned back up as it was dragging the ground. I was told I also needed a new tire which I decided to do since I was getting ready for a long drive home. The biggest positive I can say for this business is that the staff and mechanic working on my car were very friendly and they were able to get to my car rather quickly so that I could begin my trip home. The negative comment I have is that I was charged $352 for a new tire (tire only) with mounting (the splash guard pinned back up was additional). This is almost what I pay for 4 brand new tires (same brand) at home. So needless to say my almost $500 bill was sticker shock (however it was better than their original estimate, well over $900 that included a new wheel). I am thankful for their friendliness & promptness, just unhappy about what I was charged compared to what I pay in my hometown for tires and maintenance.

These people are awesome! Having my vehicle serviced by them has really been an ease compared to other shops in the area that I have dealt with. They work quickly, communicate effectively, and have the all the knowledge and skills to the job done. Thank you to Vinnie to who kept me updated frequently daily on my car’s status and helped me understand my car needs and why. Great, friendly guy who is down-to-earth and been in the industry a while. I can’t speak too much about the cost compared to many other places, but I do believe they really have your best interest (and cost) at heart and they do their best to make it affordable. I am definitely coming back here again for my Kia Soul’s future needs and look forward to their excellent service and hospitality.

The man that own’s this business is as honest and humble as someone should strive to be. I had taken my 2003 BMW here due to water damage that would be covered by my insurance but sadly the car was totaled despite this the owner had offered to let me store the car as need be while awaiting the car to be picked up and had tried in all effort to treat my old BMW right and with utmost care. I highly implore anyone in the tri-city area to work with this man as much as possible cause I know I will.
