The man that own’s this business is as honest and humble as someone should strive to be. I had taken my 2003 BMW here due to water damage that would be covered by my insurance but sadly the car was totaled despite this the owner had offered to let me store the car as need be while awaiting the car to be picked up and had tried in all effort to treat my old BMW right and with utmost care. I highly implore anyone in the tri-city area to work with this man as much as possible cause I know I will.

Took my 2009 BMW 328i sedan in for State Inspection and for an issue I was having with coolant needing to be added regularly. I was afraid of what it could be but the team at H&M diagnosed a radiator problem…. After a prompt response from H&M on Friday they had my car ready to pick up on Saturday afternoon!!! Thank you Team H&M for always taking good care of me and my vehicle!!!

I’ve taken my 2009 BMW 328i to H&M prior for routine maintenance and State Inspections so I am familiar with their awesome customer service. This time I was having issues with the coolant levels constantly needing topping off! This was going on for a month or so and so I decided to get H&M to diagnose the problem… I called on Friday afternoon, they had me drop the car off and by close of business had diagnosed a faulty radiator and sent the repair estimate. They had completed the repairs and my car was ready to be picked up by 2PM on Saturday!!! Excellent service at a fair price and didn’t take long at all!!! Very happy customer here…

Dropped off my car for an oil change. Vinnie at the front desk very courteous and helpful. Pointed out other minor problems during inspection. Had car done by the end of the day. Would recommend.
