Wonderful staff and very reasonable price compared to dealership. They offered me a ride home and fixed my vehicle in a week. I recommend you try them out before the dealer. Also they have a easy financing program if your short on cash it helped me out a lot😊

There should be an option for zero stars. These people are a rip off! Took our truck in for an inspection, didn't authorize work to be done but they charged us for labor twice because we bought tires at a reasonable price elsewhere. Also did NOT do what they said but also paid for that labor! Do NOT use this company.

I used H&M after my car broke down nearby and AAA towed it here. While the response time was fast and communication good, when I picked my car up I was told it needed ~2K more work (timing belt, brakes etc). I was suspicious as my brakes had recently been replaced, so I took it to my trusted mechanic who said there was no way I needed a timing belt at my current mileage and found that my brakes were still at 70%. This makes me skeptical about the work that I paid $1200 to have done. I will not use this mechanic again.

We're sorry if you feel this way. None of the things recommend were deemed critical, but merely a recommendation based on observation and maintenance recommended by time and miles. The Tech observed a vibration when braking while test driving your vehicle. This is indicative of warped brake rotors, and that's why brakes were recommended, not due to the lining thickness. Maybe the "mechanic who replaced them didn't resurface, machine, or replace the rotors as when a brake job is performed correctly. Also Timing belts are made of rubber, and just like tires they deteriorate / dry rot over time. So the Manufacturer puts a Time or Mile Interval on timing belts. So we were reminding you that it's coming around the corner. We are very transparent when dealing with recommended repairs or maintenance. The technicians make notes and document everything on every vehicle to insure we are providing an accurate and detailed vehicle report. This to relieve any scepticism. Good luck in your future automotive endeavors.

This is an excellent automotive repair business. Friendly staff and excellent mechanics. Not a parts business only do repairs needed. I have had the family servicing all my vehicles for over 20 years.

Absolutely terrible, if you decide not to go with their quote and I will add they charge more than most shops!

Went to H&M based on familiarization with a mechanic. Met the GM, Vinny, and discussed varies work identified by the Dealership. Vinny prioritized the repairs and cost. The worked performed was done and cost less then quoted. H&M has earned my future car repairs. Bravo Zulu!
