Great people and very understanding. Didn't pressure me and are very honest they'll be my shop as long as I'm in Virginia Beach :)

This review is far overdue, as this team took my vehicle in immediately while I was on vacation in Virginia Beach the first week in August. My Toyota Landcruiser shut off just before going into the tunnel on my way into VA Beach. It finally started and after getting settled I called to have them take a look. They said bring it in or they would come tow if It broke down on way, just call. They couldn't find anything wrong, said maybe bad gas, and had thoroughly checked computer system, etc.. It never happened again or on way back to WV hours away. They wouldn't accept any payment for the time they spent on diagnosis and didn't try to sell me on a part I didn't need. I will keep their contact info in my phone and give them my business when in the area and recommend to anybody needing auto repair or service there. They are the best!

Not happy with service. Told would be called as to problems found, never received call. Replacement parts were in worse shape than original. Staff tried to contact a deadman to advice parts had come in ! My opinion from experience dealing with H&M Automotive service is go to another shop (ANYBODY)!!!!

I have dealt with Lou and his family for over 6 years. It is always a pleasure to deal with great people who understand their customers needs. Always friendly and courteous. Never a high pressure sale. They tell you whats wrong, give you a fair price and stand behind their work. Nowadays it seems like a lot of shops want the fast buck. The guys here want the long time customer and it shows in their customer service!

This is the worst automotive shop! They were fixing a white car of mine, one of my friends was near the shop, and saw someone back up my car into a black car, and i got there and nothing was said to me about it. They tried to tell me more things were wrong with my vehicle than what was actually wrong. I took it to another place and it was 400$ cheaper. This place is terrible!

The guys always have a welcoming attitude and an unparalleled level of knowledge between the amount of years of experience each of them have. Along with their ASE certs I challenge anyone to find better auto mechanics anywhere in the state!!!

These guys are awesome. If you're in the 757 area and need work done on your car, definitely bring it this shop. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable!

Good shop, good techs, service writers. Sell alot of BG products

I've got to know this shop for a little over a year and they are absolutely amazing! They take care of you from start to finish. I had a simple tire change but they were vocal about the process and pricing. I felt very welcome!
