Virginia Beach Auto Repair

We were leaving the RV park the morning of 23 April 19 but before leaving I had to return a faulty generator purchased a few days earlier. Lowes could not take the generator with gas in the tank and wondering where and how I could get rid of the gas I saw H&M across the street. I pulled in and met Nick Mastropasqua. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with my situation. Telling me "no problem," he grabbed a pan, turned the generator over and drained the tank, mission accomplished and panic relieved. The return was quick and within half an hour we were on the road. Thanks Nick, we'll definitely keep you in mind next time we visit Virginia Beach.

Old fashioned family atmosphere with modern, highly skilled technicians and management. Honest staff who share customer's sense of urgency to get in and out quickly and safely. I will return future maintenance.

I went to them with an issue that I looked up on youtube. My car was making a swooshing sound like water was in the dash and water was dripping on the floor. The answer was to shoot air up the a/c drain line to unclog it, according to youtube video. Midas said they would charges $100 just to look at it. A couple of others said the same. Nick, Fred, and David and the guys at H and M automotive were very professional and drained the a/c line...over a gallon of water fell out $15 WELL SPENT!!

I felt very satisfied and extremely confident that my vehicle is in perfect and safe driving condition. I can only wish I've found this shop decades ago.
