great service, fair pricing and quality mechanics. I have been coming here for a couple of years and the service has been very consistent. Now that they have change owners and I've visited a couple of times since, I feel compelled to write a review. The new owner use to work in the shop he is customer centered and is keeping consistent with what I came to expect and more. I have all 4 of my cars serviced here and have not been disappointed, I'm glad I have a auto shop I can count on to deliver great service in the neighborhood.

I have purchased the VIP coupon book back in late 2013 and hadn't used it cause I already had a mechanic nevertheless it was around 430 and I started having bad car trouble and with money being short I decide to use it and call them I couldn't get there till a little after 5 and they closed at 6 but they said to come in. I have never been so grateful!!! I limped my car there with my 2 kids in toe and they welcomed me with open arms and found out what was wrong and fixed it in a matter of a hour (how proficient) I used that coupon and was on my way. This could have been a really bad situation and they Saved The Day so Thank You guys!!! You have a loyal new customer in me!!!!

I am new to Yelp but not auto service and repair experiences. This is one of the best of those that I have ever had. I was referred by an acquaintance for my state inspection sticker and got just that, no attempted up sells . Nice clean bathroom and waiting room with Keurig coffe. Kaitlyn and Herb were great and have earned my auto maintenance business going forward

This is a long overdue thank you to ProTime and I'm surprised to see that there are no other reviews. I was first introduced when a salesman stopped by my apartment selling a sheet of discounts. I talked with the gentleman for a little and saw that the deal was well worth the money in oil changes and state inspections alone. I've always been hesitant of finding new shops and I was new to the area. My time with ProTime has always been friendly, reasonably timed, and never in doubt. I'm always freaked out that I'm going to drive away and - SURPRISE! - check engine light. But not here. My '08 Escape runs without reservation. Last, and certainly not least, once my wife and I went in and the guy tells us that he noticed the paint marks on the side of our car from a pole we'd recently scraped against and asked if he wanted to wait a second to see if he could help. He called a buddy about a tip regarding it. I think to myself, "What's this quick fix going to run me?" Nothing. A handshake and 'have a nice day.' Now - to be fair - I would to expect this to be the case for every job I brought him, but I'll keep coming back with confidence that I'm in good hands.
