Horrible customer service. These guys are a sham of a service and tried to squeeze money for a part that wasn’t broken. Didn’t pass my car for inspection and wouldn’t “wipe off a windshield”. These guys really need to be investigated. If it happened to me, it can happen to you!

Absolutely horrible! Do not go here! Tried to charge me $345 for a new windshield that had a “25 inch scratch” and it wouldn’t pass inspection. I went home and wiped the “scratch” off with my shirt and some water. Brought the car back to talk to the “manager” and he said we “don’t wipe off windshields”. They were going to charge me for something that wasn’t broken! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will take your money!!!!!!

Have been going to H & M Auto for quite awhile now. I have always felt very comfortable with everyone there. I know my cars have always had the best care with H & M.

Great Customer service, Lana informed me on what was going on with my vehicle and the solution to fix them. Fast turnaround for my trucks fuel system basically failing me and needing to be replaced!! Definitely will be going back to them for any future repairs!!
