Front desk personnel are well informed on the mechanics sides of thing as well as being kind and fast. The mechanic kept me updated on my car’s condition and progress when being fixed.

I drove my Jeep Wrangler from PA to Virginia Beach and had an overheating problem along with my Jeep getting stuck in second gear. They got my Jeep in their shop on day two I was there. They fixed the overheating problem but couldn’t get the transmission out of second gear. They had to order a new transmission. While going over my Jeep they noticed when I had it lifted back home some things were not done that should’ve been done. They explained the whole situation to me and I told them to do the extra repairs. Due to these things not being done they had to replace my front and rear drive shafts due to too much stress being put on them from the lift. The parts took some time to come in some they had my Jeep for some time but got all done by the time I had to head back to PA. The trip back all went fine with no issues. They were very professional and answered all my questions and text messages. Thank you Vinnie!!
