Virginia Beach Auto Repair

I live in MD but come to this shop when my homeboy can't or doesn't have time/tools needed to fix my vehicles and have been coming to H&M for several years, since 2014/15. Their new shop is very unique, in a sense that you can watch your vehicle get pulled right into the shop and mechanics will work on it. My only gripe is the full parking lot out front. That has been a norm with them for all of the years I've been giving them business. Other than that, decent rates and great service!

The turn around time was faster then they said!! Great place to bring you vehicle.

The staff is awesome at H & M Automotive! Didn't have an appointment but worked with me. I had a regulator break on messenger window.

Awesome service! Same day service knowledgeable mechanics that diagnosed my car trouble and fixed the issue.... cost was very reasonable! H&M has gained a repeat customer here!!

Honestly the only car repair place I trust in Virginia Beach.

They repaired my car for the quoted cost even though they ran into problems when taking it apart that made it take a bit longer to complete.

Experience was horrible. DONT use them. My car wasn't running. Told me need battery and belt. Chareged me 500, car still not running. Then they said alternator, 600. Got the car, drove 2 blocks, car stopped. Then the said blown gasket and to fix, Another 4000 so they got me for 1100 and was trying 2 get another 4. They never tested the car upfront to see what it needed. Never drove it 2 see that it didn't run after they put in battery and belt. Same thing when they put in alternator. They will rip you off.

I stumbled on H & M Auto Repair on Facebook last year and I saw they had great reviews. I am a widow and my late husband repaired my vehicle so after he died I was very nervous trying to find someone to maintenance my car and I was scared I would get riped off by a mechanic that I did not know. Well I must say when I found H & M Auto Repair they made me feel comfortable. They explained everything to me about my care and also gave me a maintenance list of things to keep up with in the near future with my car. Their service is impeccable. I have a 2014 Kia Optima and since they have been serving my car it purrs like a cat. My car rides very smooth. They get you in and out in a timely manner and their repair prices are very affordable. They have repaired my car 4 times within the year. I am out of warranty with the Kia dealership but glad H & M is here to service my car. The guys that work their and the ones that own the business are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love they have financing available if you cannot afford to pay in full for repairs.
