FIVE STARS- best experience I have had an a auto repair facility-When you find Honesty & Integrity you always go back. I was told what was wrong with my vehicle - how long it would take - and the price was more than fair~40-60%less than everyone else- Best of all I was treated like family- a Wow moment for sure. I highly recommend this establishment! My family Thanks you all for helping fix our vehicle and treating us like Gold.

How many times can you count on one hand wherein Any Business made you feel like family? H&M not only made me feel like family - I got my car back Sooner than expected at a price point that was 40-60 % LESS - Compared to everyone- I strongly Recommend- if you want to be treated Like family and Not get Taken Advantage of. As always, H & M took care of me and my car. This was a situation where the part from a previous repair failed during the part warranty period. H & M stood by their previous work and the part they had previously provided and replaced that part as a warranty covered repair. That is integrity in action.

Truly puzzled, I chose H&M based off of their great customer reviews and recieved the worst customer service. I dropped my car off overnight to be inspected presumably next day? After half a business day with no contact other than the initial automated text, I called to check on my vehicle and was told that if they "WERE ABLE TO GET TO IT" before closing, they would call me... As an adult whom has waited for 30 minute inspections plenty of times in life, I'm disturbed at the lax attitude of management, the lack of contact regarding my vehicle, and the thought that they would have ended the business day without inspecting it OR contacting me regarding the matter. Wowowow!
