I am a few days late on posting this review... I got my 2012 Mini Cooper towed into the shop. From the time it arrived until the time it was finished, I received top notch quality service. As a first-time customer to H&M, Vinny and David took care of me through each step of the process. While I wish it was only just the battery (starter needed replaced too), the level of professionalism was at an all-time high. I highly recommend this place for any repairs!
