I don't usually write reviews on Google, but, after my experience with this company, I had to. Please read this until the end. There is a kicker. I am a small contractor out of Powhatan, Va. I had a crew working in the Beach area. The transmission in their work van dumped its fluid in the parking lot of the jobsite. I called H&M and was told that they were so busy that there wasn't even room on their lot for another vehicle. I further explained my predicament (i.e. out of town contractor facing a hefty tow bill) and was told to bring it in. My employee had the vehicle there at ~3:30. By 5, they had it diagnosed. It was fixed by lunch the following day. HERE IS THE KICKER- I offered them $100 extra for helping me out of a jam. The gentleman would not accept it. He told me that they treat everyone the same, and that extra was not necessary. I was floored. We work at the beach often. I will be trying to schedule future van maintenance with H&M whenever possible (even though they are 2 hours away from our shop). Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service desk person could’ve been better. He didn’t seem to be in a good mood when I first arrived. Not very friendly for someone dealing with customers all day. The actual Service of the vehicle was good, I waited for the vehicle and it didn’t take them too long to get everything done. They also did an inspection and made recommendations on things to watch for. I appreciated that. Service: Oil change

How much do I know with this place to help my truck along in the data harrasment to me and everyday is unknown with my truck since there has been ecm flashed and other things done to cause it run bad and over heat but too ruin my way be able to get around with no other meane ot transpertation.. I am just a older lady who also stays in the country no way or no.obe.to.help me and how. you want me to get you a job but you to mess with truck I sure do hope it can be fixed.
